Hello and welcome!

My name is Dr. Halimah Abdullah, and I am the Founder and CEO of Arum Consulting.

 I was born and raised on the Eastern Shore of MD and have obtained a Master's in Business Administration and a Doctoral degree in Strategic Leadership with a concentration in Human Resource Development.

I have over ten years' experience in Human Resources, where I have personally worked as a Corporate HR Manager, Training Manager, Employment Manager and Employee Relations Manager. Additionally, I have worked in Manufacturing, Healthcare, Retail, Trucking and Logistics.

I left corporate America to work for myself and I am now a small business owner of three different businesses where I specialize in consulting, wedding and event planning and pet care. As a previous employee of the public sector and as a business owner I am able to relate to the many different phases of life you may be experiencing today.
